AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE

That on 8 August 2008, defendant has been duly adjudged an

accordance with the provisions of _________________ as amended,
and had been duly granted a certificate of discharge, which is set
forth in full hereunder:

and defendant has duly and fully complied, as he still is complying

with all the requirements for the validity of said discharged;

That defendant, by virtue of said discharge, has been released

from the debt which plaintiff seeks to recover in the present action,
said debt not being included among those which are expected by the
