FGR:
1. Size à paling sensitif AC karena ada komponen liver
2. Functional evidence of fetoplacental impairment

European: AC < 10th percentile, umb PI > 95
ACOG: EFW < 5th, or AC < 10 th, and umb PI > 95

75% of IUGR is accompanied by maternal hypertensive disease

Term IUGR / Late IUGR à many screening and diagnostic test do not work
properly. Usually is not accompanied by maternal hypertensive disease.

Early FGR: High resistance, abnormal diffusion
Late FGR: abnormal diffusion tanpa gangguan Doppler

Abnomral UA doppler only occur if there is 30-50% reduction of placental
function.
- Early in pregnancy the small fetus can live on half od the placenta
- Larger fetuses are harder to tolerate

Timeline Doppler – FHR changes lebih sempit pada ibu dengan hipertensi dan
seiring dengan meningkatkan GA.
