1. Purpose of the Position, duties and responsibilities in brief (Job Summary)

To take measures for implementation of provisions of Factories Act and other Labour Acts
To take measures for overall proper security of entire premises
To take measures for housekeeping, upkeep and sanitation of entire premises
To Coordinate with the statutory authorities/ regulatory authorities/ self-governing bodies on issues
involving legal aspects.

Follow-up and review of legal cases and timely intervention in case of hold up in legal proceedings

To plan and procure optimum manpower and provide training inputs as per requirements.
Upkeep and management of Canteen, Guest House, Vehicles and other welfare activities
Any other work/ responsibility that may be assigned, from time to time

2. KEY INTERACTIONS
Internal External
− Interact with GM and departmental HOD's − District Administration, Local Bodies etc.
− All HODs for senior management meetings − Outsourcing Agencies engaged for above jobs.
− Accounts department for release of payments
− All members in the department for obtaining
status update and providing guidance in a
supervisory capacity
