okay so we got to make the best so we're 

gonna have to pull out all the stops and I think we just got to go big   we have to
create three cupcakes three frostings fondant in  75minutes and it all has to be
amazing  definitely the pink champagne I think the feature the Zinfandel I
think that'sgonna be awesome we decide that we're gonna go with our pink
champagne which is a raspberry cake with champagne frosting and coconut cake
with a chocolate ganache filling and toasted coconut caramel frosting. I'm bringing
in the wine and champagne elements to these cupcakes because there's so many
weddings happening in wine country I think the judges are gonna love these
cupcakes I'm thinking

you know we are relying on this fondant because around is all about
presentation fondant is really challenging to work with to in the pink
champagne we’re going to top with a great slice like a flower so get it
right love you just kidding

champagne frosting and that also is adorned with a offset fondant flower as well
