5. Are you an early bird or a night owl

I’m an early bird because I go to bed early, at 11 o'clock at night my mind feels tired and I don't
feel like doing anything anymore. If I sleep early I feel that I have more energy to do things and
I feel more motivated for what I have to do in the day and of course I am productive at home. If
I get up earlier I can take advantage of the rest of the day doing the things that I have pending.
