Acceptance Criteria:
1. Mill test certificate for all chemical and mechanical properties to be provided along with material
as per ASTM standard, which is approved by the Government laboratory only.
2. Tolerance on length ± 10 mm may be acceptable.
2. The hardness of the offered material shall be ≥ 95 BHN (with 500 kg load & 10 mm ball as per
ASTM standard test method B647-10 (2016))
3. The material should be clean, smooth and free from fins, spills, porosity, cracks or other defects and
shall be reasonably straight.
