I am not supervisor of my team but I have an open, enthusiastic style of leadership. I

help guide people to bettering themselves and improving their career trajectory.
When manufacturing running of PV and PO batch I guide R&D and production for
smoothly running these with complying all GMP requirement. Which is benefited by
leadership ability of mine.

In assigned area in production floor I lead the production process so that maintain the quality of
the product which is pre-determined in BMR. That build up my leading capacity.

1.Successfully completion first submission batch of chlorzoxazone tablet for FDA

project and prepared document for ANDA submission 2. Successfully completion of PQ
batches of Zinc Sulfate for submission to WHO 3.Successfully completion of first
commercial batch and serialization during packaging of Metronidazole tablet
4.Completion of Process Validation in SDU and BLS Unit time to time by complying all
GMP criterial 5.Check and finalized documents of 105 product from which almost 98
products are transferred in BLS-Solid Unit successfully.

All are possible because of a team work of us

I work with other member as a team so that production process running smoothly with
quality product and no abnormality have occurred.

I able to obey the rules and regulation of organization. There have no any objection which
prove that I do not abide the rule and regulation of obey the rules and regulation of
organization. I follow the instruction of my supervisor and report them time to time about my
work.
I am being able to effectively communicate with production personnel’s and other department
personnel’s for the reason of my work. I maintain professional behavior with them. We work
together when required and I treat them with dignity and respect.

I do the work for which my supervisor assigned me. Done the work properly and time to
time report them. I do the report of PV batches as soon as possible after completion of
PV to reduce time of commercial production start. If in urgent requirement I am trying
my best and if required do that at overtime. Those are proving of my sense of
accountability and response during urgency of work.

I maintain good relation with my team mate also with my surround colleagues. I also keep
professional relationship with colleagues with other department which make my job easier.

I maintain communication with my supervisor and team member and keep update them
about my activity. communicate with manager when required and any problem of
product found and found any non complies which is not solved by me,I maintain the
random communication with R&D, production, warehouse and also engineering when
required for smooth production and to solve problem I face. I maintain communication
with production and R&D about execution of PV batch in floor.

I help the production to produce quality product without any non-complies and support them as
possible so that they meet the monthly production demand.

I complete the PV activity timely to approval for commercial batch. Check and approval
the documents as early as possible so that production can start readly.by doing that
things I complete my job before deadline.

Any problem found during production if possible I make decision to solve the problem. It is
possible due to my decision making ability.

I am able to take decision about process validation activity which will be beneficial for
the company. I can take critical decision about process validation when my super visor is
absent that also become fruitful. That prove of mine decision making ability.

I provide many creative and innovative idea during preparation of BMR/BPR and protocol
which make the documents more accurate and turn the process more easier. I got
knowledge about other job such as APQR, Hold time study, cleaning validation etc by
doing practical work beside of my regular work.Which help the following department for
their work and also make be developed. I also read various guideline which make my
knowledge enriched.
