How to upload a photo to your student account

Click the following link

Username is your student ID number;

password is galway followed by the first
4 digits of your date of birth, eg if DOB is
21st May 1990 password is galway2105

Click on the ‘Profile tab’

Select upload photo, this will direct

you to browse your files for a photo.
 Click upload.

The screen then displays your selected image.

• Please ensure that the image you select is the preferred image as you cannot upload another image once
uploaded and confirmed
