To whom it might concern,

For the project Layyah Combined Cycle Power Plant, from Carboline we hereby certify concerning the
ISO System C5 - CBM 615 Alu + CBT 134 HG meeting 12944-6, when properly applied will have an
expected durability over 15 years in a C5 corrosion atmosphere.

The System C5 shall be applied as follows:

 First Coat. CARBOMASTIC 615 Alu, applied in 250 microns thickness

 Second Coat. CARBOTHANE 134 HG, applied in 50 microns thickness

It’s mandatory all application instructions and indications are followed as stated into the product data
sheets, and into the ISO System Certificate (enclosed below), paying special attention to:
 Surface Preparation

 Film thickness

 Application conditions

 Recoating times between layers
