You are requested to follow the following guidelines for conducting BBA Viva & Project report evaluation. 1. You are advised to collect the project reports completed in all respects from the students of your college by 9" October, 2020. You may have your own process of collecting the projects from your students such as either by post or personally by following COVID-19 norms 2. You are requested to conduct the BBA viva through online mode starting from 12-10-2020 and complete by 16-10-2020 and submit the awards to the Controller of Examinations, Osmania University. Following are the guidelines to conduct BBA Viva. a. You are requested to use virtual web-platform such as Zoom, Google meet etc. But ensure that all your students have the same web-platform in their systems. b. You are requested to conduct viva per day only one section by recording all the proceedings. For example a college is having three sections of intake then you are required to conduct for three days. And so on. 3. Panel consists two members (Ratified faculty). One senior member from the same college and one member from other college. The external examiner should be drawn from the list provided by Chairman BoS. 4. You are required to submit both the viva voce& Project for 100 marks (SO Viva voce + 50 Project) marks to the Controller of Examinations once the BBA viva is totally completed. 5. The attendance sheet needs to be signed by the Principal. However, physical marks sheet need to be signed by only the examiners who conducted the viva, 6. As it is a comprehensive viva as per the instructions of the Chairman BoS the questions should cover all the subjects including project work. 7.
