Respected Sir!

I, through the advertisement No. IPL-629 came to know about the position of Field supervisors for ADP
project titled “Capacity Building of Department of tourist Services. “For the purpose, I want to state that
I am working as a professional in domestic tourism field since 2016. I organize tours by myself under the
name of SAIR-O-SAIYAHAT as well as I am working with 2 companies i.e. Your next adventure and Eagle
adventures as a tour guide. I have a worth experience of managing group tours. I have managed number
of tours at almost all main tourists spots of Pakistan. I take my job of travelling and tourism very
passionately. I am also fond of visiting and exploring Pakistan tourism on my bike too.

Along with tourism, I have an experience of one and a half year in Hotel management. I worked as a
project manager and then as a Hotel manager at "Chai aur Gupshup" restaurant Sargodha from February
2018- to April 2019.

Currently, I am doing master’s in social work from University of Sargodha, Sargodha. Tourism and
Management is all about dealing with people and application of knowledge of Social Work studies helps
a lot to polish both skills. Moreover, I am also associated with “PUNJAB RURAL SUPPORT PROGRAM.”

With all these attributes, I am very much interested in the position of field supervisor. It will enhance my
skills and it will give me opportunity to practice my community development and management skills in a
better way. I feel my self fit for the said job, I hope I could play a vital role in performing my duties and
responsibilities in tourism department of Punjab, as Field Supervisor.
