If I were to become a teacher leader, I prefer to be the
one who is passionate on her work. I have within me the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world. They say passion is energy. I want to focus on what excites me the most, and it is teaching. People who are passionate about what they do will be both happier and more productive at work, they say. And when work, commitment, and pleasure all become one and you reach that deep well where passion lives, nothing is impossible. Also, I am holding unto Aristotle’s quote saying, pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work. This means that the only way to do great work is to love what you do. There is no greater thing you can do with your life and your work than follow your passions in a way that serves the world and you. In the future, I want to work with my team to identify needed change, create a vision to guide the change through inspiration. Another thing is, I want to be committed in creating an effective learning environment and increase the learning potential of students. I am flexible and creative in many things so I can easily produce new ideas with enthusiasm. Moreover, I am willing to find ways to increase my skills and knowledge as these factors are essential for continuous teaching. After improving myself, I will share my strengths and knowledge to my students and colleagues to influence learning and teaching positively by creating excitement and action.
