The video explains how portion size significantly changed compared to the 1900s to now.

The
portion size of food that can be bought in restaurants now is at least three times larger than
before, which greatly affected our eating habits. Frequently, we finish the portion of food served
to us without thinking whether it is still good for us. Whenever I eat in restaurants before, I
would always finish the food so it won’t go to waste. Now that I am conscious of my diet, I only
order the right proportion or share what I can’t finish with my family. My goal now is to get rid
of my belly fat; that’s why I cut my calorie intake per day. Instead of using a big plate, I use a
smaller plate so I would only consume less. I also try to eat slowly. These eating habits helped
me a lot to limit my calories.
