and assigns and administrator of Residential Lot successors and assigns more particularly
described as follows:

The said property not having been registered under Act No. 4496 nor under the
Spanish Mortgage Law, the parties hereto agreed to registered this instrument in the
Register of Deed of Surigao del Norte, pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 149 of the Rev.
Adm. Code as amended by R.A. 3344 as further amended by PD 1529 Sec 113.
