Sub: Request for 300 Million Credit Lines

Dear Sir,

We are glad to mention here that we have successfully retired our L/C # 3082/001/19 without delaying
even a single day by paying about Rs. 227 million. We have fulfilled all our commitments well before
time, which we believe surely will provide an excellent foundation for our strong future working
relationship.

With reference to above mentioned subject and our detailed discussion, we intend to share that we are
interested in below mentioned credit lines from your reputed bank. The detail of these requesting credit
lines are as follows:

Nature of Facility Amount in Rs. Tenor Advance/Margin

Fund Based:

Ijara Car Financing 50 Million 5 years 10%

Non-Fund Based:

Import LC – (Sight) 250 Million One year 10%

As far as Vehicles are concerned, we are more interested in the following brands:

 Toyota
 Honda
 Suzuki

We request to sanction these credit lines as quickly as possible, enabling us in time opening of future LCs
and to acquire our desired vehicles for directors/employees without any delay.
