The purchase price for above mentioned vehicle is R 20 000.00 only.

Deposit of R 10 000.00 is payable upon date of purchase.

Logbook off above mentioned vehicle will be delivered to buyer upon completion of full payment of R 20
000.00. Seller takes responsibility for any outstanding arrears of fines, license fees etc. Up until date of
purchase, all arrears must be paid up to date by seller upon date of purchase, buyer will not be held
accountable for any such arrears.

Buyer takes responsibility for any license fees, registration fees ect from date of purchase. Vehicle is sold
as “voetstoots”. Buyer takes responsibility of repairs to above mentioned vehicle on own expense.
