Alyssa Jones

Alyssa Jones, born and raised in Southern Georgia, has a love for books. She currently
resides in College Park, Georgia. Alyssa doesn't like being in one place long because she has
always moved around with her family. Alyssa has a little sister and many little cousins, so she is
confident handling things under pressure.

Alyssa is currently enrolled in Banneker High School as a senior. She has been in
Banneker her entire high school career. In 9th grade, she completed her first AP class and honors
courses. She joined softball and theatre in that same year. She maintained balance and completed
the year with a 3.8 GPA. She has continued taking advanced courses. Alyssa joined a club in
order to learn Korean. Alyssa is always willing to challenge herself academically. She is now
taking American Sign Language and plan on continuing that learning path.

After high school, Alyssa is considering the University of West Georgia, Southern
University, Georgia Tech, and Northern University. It is a battle finding the best option for me.
Each college has something to offer. The different colleges have different majors that the
majority support. The University of West Georgia is one of the few universities that solemnly
concentrates on criminal law.

Alyssa wants to work in a BAU (Behavioral Analysis Unit). She has always been
interested in how the human mind and body operate. She enjoyed studying dead cells and dead
animals. She became really interested when she started watching a tv show called Criminal
Minds. It started with Criminal Minds then went to a crime podcast.
