Grade 12-Thompson

February 5, 2021

The meeting started at 2:00 pm via Google meet. The agenda that we have discussed
are as follows:

a) Grading System
- Assessment components and percentage distribution
b) Current Education system
c) Attendance on FB Live and Follow-Up Class
d) Submission of activity sheets
- Aside from sending the output of activity sheets and school send also a copy
of a picture of the answered activity sheets to respective subject teachers for
easy monitoring
e) Other matters
- Recognition of Students who got an average of 90.00 and above

One parent suggests that if we can include subject teachers of 12-Thompson on

Parents GC for easier communication and it is noted.

The meeting ended at 3:00 pm with 25 attendees.

Distribution of soft copy of SF9 follows after the meeting.
