Conceptual Framework
A conceptual framework is an analytical tool with several variations and contexts.
It can be applied in different categories of work where an overall picture is needed.
It is used to make conceptual distinctions and organize ideas. Strong conceptual
frameworks capture something real and do this in a way that is easy to remember
and apply.
Below is given a framework that targets the conceptual understanding of existing
Self-Employment (SE) and Local Enterprise (LE), and how it contributes and
supports the local people of Dhunkharka and helps overcome the potential

Challenges:
Potential Challenges may include:
 High illiteracy rate
 insufficient self-awareness of own skill needs, and lack of self-assessment as
'business people'
 lack of business experience and/or lack of relevant business training, with
particular reference to skills such as cash flow/financial management,
marketing/winning business, creating and management business systems
 insufficient 'soft' skills, including interpersonal skills and proper staffing
 lack of essential support from third parties like government and other human
service organizations.
