As a leader, the leader even has to individual contributors in activities and need
some leadership skills. The function holder in leadership qualities are:
 All he has to deal with change. Whether it is about in expectations or not.
 Achieving quality goals through standardized practices within the organization.
 Improving the processes by doing something in a more efficient way or in
different methods.
 Assure the organizational rules & regulations and follow these too as well to
show their employees to get the back of it.
Some skills which I personally find very important:
 Motivation/commitment, self-discipline, expertise, problem-solving skills,
communication, team orientation, networking, integrity and respect.

2. Although this task is not only restricted to the person who is seeking a job, but
also to the one who is recruiting and giving out a job. Hence, effective employee
selection methods should be followed and taken into consideration in both cases
for better results. post your advert on your company website, national job boards
or professional networks such as LinkedIn. If you’re looking for local candidates,
links with job centers and universities can be helpful. A clear, communicative
application process can make an excellent first impression to candidates. The
application form itself should be carefully designed to gather relevant information,
as this will make shortlisting much easier. Once you have a shortlist, you might
use interviews or other tests to help make your final decision. The step in
selection is employment interview. Here interview is a formal and in-depth
conversation between applicant’s acceptability. It is considered to be an excellent
selection device
