Availability of a particular “standard colour" for fabric/accessories is subject to order placement timeline. Fabric inventory fluctuates on a hourly/ daily basis. Lesova Holdings (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to use fabric types coming under the same "quality" but with different "sources" interchably after notifying the customer. All fabric types contain wear-and-tear effects including pilling effect (the effect where fabric particles coming have higher levels of colour fading compared to white and light colours. BRANDING: Branding on the completed t-shirt will match actual branding only upto the level each artwork supports prinvembroidery parameters. No 100% matching in colour/ shape/shade/ clarity will be guaranteed. If you are particular about the outcome of branding information, itis strongly advised to do a pre-sample 1 no at a prepaid non refundable amount of LKR 8000.00 with additional 8 - 10 days in addition to bulk production timeline. FIT OF THE GARMENT: Matched as per batch production with some level of tolerance purposely kept for Individual Custom Fit (Tailoring) of sleeve length, slim fivtrim fit of the garment etc through your preferred tailor. Eg: 2 persons of size “M’ will have different preferences of the fit and such adjustments will not be possible to accommodate under batch production process. RETURNS POLICY: Any problem with an order should be outlined within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
