Prisms
A prism is a polyhedron with two equal
polygonal bases, and its lateral faces are
parallelograms.

• Rectangular prism
• Triangular prism
• 2 square
bases
• 8 Vertices
• 12 Edges
Pyramid
• A pyramid is a polyhedron
with a polygonal base and
triangular lateral faces.

These three types of space figures that are
not polyhedrons. These figures have curved
surfaces, not flat faces. There are three-
dimensional figures.
