SALES REGIME-RG: 3685

1. Execute Transaction “CITI_VENTAS” or Report: J_1AF317.

2. New Block added for Sales Regime: 3685.

3. You have to check “create sales file” check box.

4. Mentioned file path as displayed in above screen shot for sales document & Sales Vat Rates File.
5. You can download the file both in application server & local PC (Only Foreground Mode).
6. You can enter Tax-ID as per user selection.
7. Execute (F8) the report.
8. There is no change in ALV file output, it’s same as like the old version
9. Click on button “Back (F3)” to get both file to be downloaded in to your local PC.

10. Click to download the both file, it will navigate to report “RFASLDPC”.

11. Enter Local path as mentioned in above screen shots.

12. Execute the transaction and you will get the file downloaded to your local PC as per mentioned
path.
 Back-Ground Mode

1.You can’t download both files into local PC, only it can be downloaded from Application
Server.
2. Here you have to download both files from Program “RFASLDPC”, by giving file path as
mentioned in below path.
