- Steps to solve

I will try to replicate the issue that the customer is facing. As suggested in the
internal note I need to assume that the button is not working for me as well & need
to suggest a workaround. Hence I will suggest the customer the steps to add a
manual entry meanwhile we address the issue
I will ensure from the customer that the customer is using the Button only for
news articles as The Button does not work for Twitter or Facebook feeds & also that
the user needs to be logged in to Elite before using the Button. If the customer
responds back saying that the button is still not working on a news article & if I
am able to replicate the same issue then I will escalate the bug to Engineering
Team
I will share a response with the customer suggesting to create a manual entry as a
workaround meanwhile we address the issue by giving the customer below steps :
Log into Nucleus -> Click on Manual Entry in the menu on the left.
Click on the Create New button.
Check the Publish to Solr checkbox if you wish to make the article visible to all
users of the system.
Fill all fields on the Create Manual Entry pop up form with the information of the
article you want to add.
Click on Save.
After clicking the Save button, the manual entry will be included in the Manual
Entry page as the most recent entry. The details of the manual entry will indicate
that the article was added by you.

Thank you for contacting Synoptos Support Team. I understand that you are trying
to add an article to Nucleus with the button but nothing happens.

I would like to know from you that you are using the button for news articles as
The Button does not work for Twitter or Facebook feeds & also that the you are
logged in to Elite before using the Button.

In case if it still does not work you kindly let me know meanwhile you can use the
below steps available in this KB article to create a manual entry as a workaround
while we get the issue addressed:
