For me, it is impossible to talk about the well-being of a company or a community

without emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence is the ability of an individual in his state of consciousness to
have complete control over his emotions or that of others, allowing him to achieve
his goals in positivity.
                    Like any positive action, it allows the profitability of a company; i
quote:  “therefore As a company manager it is essential to have the monopoly of
the actions of each employee of the company, to direct the state of consciousness
of everyone in order to be able to send messages and be understood.”
Before the handcuff experience, when I watched the example, I was devoted then
when I started a minute later. I felt like it was just impossible on the first try and that
'I had to establish a logic. I already had in mind before the EL lessons that only
perseverance guides us to the expected result. I use this capital to control my
"irregularity."

In short, by the emotional intelligence, a business leader becomes an influencer

and a role model for all his employees. From a personal point of view, I, as a
leader, have learned by emotional intelligence to control my thoughts to have a
deeper state of consciousness and a more profound dedication to achieve my
goals. As a Christian who uses every verse of the Bible to build a pattern of life, I
intend to apply this ability or power in the same way. Since my arrival at ALU, many
are the problems I face on campus and outside.
I did not have access to canvas, and I could not register due to a problem that the
finance team encountered. While the other students were a week early, I was in a
knockout inside, making me realize that I was going to fail my year of the Delay.
AND I had this capacity for emotional intelligence in me. Still, I had the impression
that it was not more to develop, But since the course of EL it is as if it had been
Improved, I found a motivation on which based me to achieve my goals, and I use
negativity as a bonus in producing a positive and accomplished mindset.

Therefore I fully intend over time to acquire, if possible fully all the skills related to
emotional intelligence.
