Training Method

The HR told us that for the training purpose they follow on the job training method. They
provide training to the new joiners for 7 days. In the initial 3 days, they provide the
product and department knowledge to the new joiner and then sent them on the floor to
work with the manager so that they will get practical learning and experience of their
work.
Also, this will help the employee to understand the process, working mechanism, and
working environment on the other hand on job training also helps the HR as will be able
to understand the ability and capabilities of the employee. For training, new employees
are assigned to the managers, and they will mentor or train them about the work and
they also provide behavioral training to the new employees. So, that an employee can
deal with the customer by adhering to the norms of the organization and maintaining
etiquette to maintain the brand image.
According to HR in-house job training will be fruitful for both the employee and the
employer as well.

Employment Bond
The HR told us that in the organization they don’t follow any such practice of signing
employment bonds by the employee. As per her opinion one cannot bind a person to
work with you, this may create a negative image of the organization, aslo if the
employee is getting a better opportunity than the present, HR cannot stop the growth of
the employee. To hold an HR needs to understand the requirement of the employee
and also should know the reason why the employee wants to leave the organization.
There is an immense way by which HR can hold an employee in the organization
without using an employment job.
For example, if an employee is switching his or her because he/she getting an
increment in the other organization in such situation firstly the HR should aware of the
reason why the employee is leaving the organization and then assure his/her that if they
will consistently improve their performance they will get increment as well as promotion.
This will make the employee think before switching the job.
