By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:

1. To construct simple and compound sentences by using the key words and phrases
given.
2. To produce a short text by using key words and phrases given and write it on the manila
card given.
3. To present their text orally to the class

Anticipated Problems: Students may have problem when they need to construct sentences
and to produce the simple text.

STAGES
INDUCTION 1. Teacher greets the pupils and asks if Picture of Food Pyramid
they are fine. ( Appendix 1)

2. Teacher pastes food pyramid chart on


the white board.

3.Teacher asks the students which food


classes they always take and prefer
more.

PRE 1.Teacher tells the students that they are Video


going to learn about food pyramid ( Appendix 2)

food pyramid.

3. The students need to watch and listen


carefully to the video, so that they can get
the contents of the video.

WHILE 1.The teacher explains to the students in Picture cards


details about the food pyramid ( Appendix 3)
