Dear Valued Customer

As we are fully aware the world is seized with the COVID-19 Corona virus which is wreaking havoc on
people and businesses globally. Resultantly, the government lockdown announcement on 2 January
2021 regarding updated Corona Virus protocols has necessitated the need for us as a company to
implement a number of preventive measures to curb the spread of and exposure to the Corona Virus
(COVID-19).

We have taken into account business continuity and the need to ensure that customer service is not
disrupted, while at the same time protecting both our teams and you, our clients. The measures we have
taken include:
1. Decongestion of the offices by scaling down team members who will be working from the offices.
2. We have availed sanitisers at all offices and increased frequency of cleaning offices and public areas
with disinfectant.
3. All business travel has been suspended and our meetings will be conducted electronically
4. Non-essential travel and business events have been suspended until further notice, and where
necessary, communication will be uploaded and availed on our website and social media channels.

To help minimise exposure we encourage you to limit cash payments and instead use our digital online
