1- Your Plans (for next 3 years) For Growth

In terms of company growth, Hunarmand aims to efficiently increase their outreach to further
close the skill gap present in the market. A number of measures will be introduced to achieve to
this aim.

The demographics of Pakistan are very diverse, and the skill-sets required in the job
market or the skill-sets desired by the clientele reflect that. Hence, to cater to that, Hunarmand
will widen the variety of vocational skill courses it offers. This will also result in amplified
variety in the business/job market in Pakistan, further enhancing neglected sectors that have the
capacity to flourish (eg. Entrepreneurial, _______, _______???).
Hunarmand will also focus on globalizing and will collaborate with worldwide firms and
companies to provide the people with opportunities to work in an international setting. This will
increase the presence of Hunarmand in the international market and allow a much more
influential and experienced alumni. In addition to this, collaborations with national companies
will establish the same effect, but on a local scale. This innovation would also substantially aid in
finances and funding.
In order to empower the people and increase employment opportunities, Hunarmand will
incorporate incubators for entrepreneurial startups. Alongside that, business accelerators will also
be established so the youth and the underprivileged citizen face fewer obstructions in
implementing their innovative ideas and businesses. In the long run, this will enhance the
employment market and produce substantial amounts of jobs.
We pride ourselves on the standard of our social responsibility and the measures we
introduce incorporate the sense of responsibility into our clients. Thus, Hunarmand plans to
conduct programs that induce willpower to change for the better. Our clients would always make
a positive impact wherever they go and would improve the state of conditions around them. They
would uphold to the values and virtues expected of a good human being. They would be open-
minded, non-discriminatory, without prejudice, flexible, thoughtful, and responsive. These
activities would range from organized social work, thought provoking seminars, to engaging
activities, etc.
