Overall steps

1. Check Windows build version. The minimum version we need to be is Windows 10 version
1903. Version 1903 corresponds to Build 18362. If your Build is 18362 or above, then no
action is needed. If Build is lower than 18362, then perform all steps below.
2. Download latest McAfee version from SharePoint
3. Close Outlook and Uninstall current McAfee version
4. Install latest McAfee which was downloaded and run update
5. Download windows update assistant tool
6. Update windows and restart wherever required
7. Validate PulseVPN connectivity

Check current version of windows using winver command.

If the Version is older than 1903 / Build is older than 18362 then windows upgrade is required. If you
are at or above that version, then no further action is needed.

[Note that the version in the below screenshot is a compliant version and ideally no further action
was needed for the laptop. However, for the purpose of taking screenshots, we proceeded to
upgrade the already compliant Windows]
Download latest McAfee version from SharePoint (file name: VSE880LMLRP16)

Close outlook and uninstall installed version of McAfee VirusScan Enterprise

Run SetupVSE.exe and install McAfee with defailt options

Download windows update assistant tool and follow the wizard (60 mins before restart
+90 mins for update during reboot)
