Pudding

Ingredients:
- ½ - 1 tsp Butter
- 1/3 cup/ 8 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water
- 3 Eggs
- ½ cup/300 ml Milk

Instructions:
- To make the caramel layer:
o Apply butter on the surface of a pot
o Pour sugar and water into the pot
o Set the stove to low-medium
o Heat until the sugar melts and turns into a reddish-brown liquid (caramel)
o Pour the caramel into the pudding mould which was also buttered beforehand
- To make the egg mixture:
o Break 3 eggs into a bowl
o Slowly whisk the eggs
o Add liquid milk and granulated sugar to the bowl
o Stir the mixture with a hand whisk ensuring that all the sugar dissolves/mixes/dissipates
o Transfer the egg mixture to the pudding mould containing the caramel layer
o And cover the mould with a lid/foil
- To prepare the pudding:
o Pour water on a preheated pan
o Bring the water to a boil
o And carefully place the pudding mould in it
o Cook for around 20 minutes on medium heat
o Take the mould off the stove and wait for it to cool down
o Scrape the sides of the mould and bring out the pudding onto a plate

growth, development, movement and repair, and also provides us with better immunity.
