Remarkable leadership skills such as honesty, responsibility, influencing, and motivating

others that Nelson Mandela revealed throughout his life. He showed the world that
forgiveness is the key that unlocks the door of hatred. Mandela was known as an
optimistic person and was full of hope rather than enmity and hate. Furthermore, he leads
a group of people that share hassling objectives such as democracy, justice, and freedom.
Mandela built the pathway to democracy. He founded a set of principles on the way of
achieving ultimate goals and how the South African people should be treated. He defined
the basis and core values for the anti-apartheid civil movement in South Africa. Mandela
favored that people from all classes in society were connected to fight against the
apartheid dictatorial regime.
He also had qualities of strong communication skills, listening skills, and management
abilities, which enabled sharing information and ideas with others and granted others to
act at their best. Under all circumstances, Nelson was forced to motivate and improve
performance, as well as he modified the appraisement. He played an important role in
advocating the trail of the leadership of the ANC.
Among all, Mandela received a lot of harsh treatment from society. Mandela sacrificed
27 years of his life in prison for the people of South Africa. He also gave his life and
domesticity for the cause of freedom. Yet he was patient, passionate, and positive that
after all odds and obstacles he was able to take the risk to challenge the apartheid regime
and put his effort into changing the vicious situation.
Due to his enthusiasm and eagerness to have a nonracial vision among the people in
South Africa, racial segregation and oppression were terminated. The South African
people unite behind their common purpose in the future. Nelson Mandela created an ideal
and unique world of what the country could develop.
