In the Regular Barangay Council Meeting held last January 02, 2019, we the
Barangay Council members in majority closely discussed and deliberated on the 2019
Annual Budget and its allocation in the total amount of FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED
NINETY TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THREE PESOS (Php 5,492,703.00) In lieu
thereof, may I have the honor to present to you Annual Budget Appropriation for review
and approval to wit:

Subsidy from Other LGU 30,000.00
Clearances/Certification Fess 70,000.00

With meager resources available in proportion with basic services to be delivered

and development projects need be implemented, I seek your awareness and vigilance on
every transaction entered and secure proper defrayed of all allocated accounts that every
Barangay resources are accountability and properly utilized.

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay of Dontogan, City of Baguio, that;

SECTION 01. The Annual Budget of Dontogan Barangay covering the period from January
01, 2019 to December 31, 2019 in the amount of FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY
TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THREE PESOS (Php 5,492,703.00) is hereby
approved and summarized as follows:

Sangguniang Panlungsod thru the City Budget Officer for action.
