an EVENT OF DEFAULT as defined in the AGREEMENT shall occur, the principal amount of, and
accrued interest on, this NOTE may be declared due and payable in the manner and with the effect
provided in the AGREEMENT, presentment, demand, protest or notice or any kind being expressly
waived by the BORROWER. 
 
Terms used herein and defined in the AGREEMENT shall have the same meaning ascribed to them
therein, unless otherwise defined herein.
