DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF UNREGISTERED

PARCEL OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale of Unregistered Land has been executed by and
between:

Rizaldo Coytop, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Pingad, Sabangan,

Mountain Province herein referred to as the VENDOR;

-and-

Jammy Catte Alidda, likewise of legal age, married, Filipino and resident of
Pingad, Sabangan, Mountain Province herein referred to as the VENDEE.

Witnesseth:

That the vendor is the declared owner of a certain unregistered parcel of land
located at Dontog, Pingad, Sabangan, Mountain Province with an area of One Hundred
Ten (110) square meter more or less embraced and covered by Tax Declaration No.
9835 which is more particularly described as follows to wit:

Boundaries:

North: Bernard Bacog South: Pathway (concrete)

East: Wilma Cudiamat West: Pathway (concrete)

That for and in Consideration of the sum of _________________ (Php ____,

000. 00) only, Philippine currency, in hand and paid to the Vendor and acknowledged
to have received from the Vendee, to his full and final satisfaction, the Vendor
hereby voluntarily and freely sells, cedes, conveys and transfers in an absolute manner
as he hereby sold, ceded, transferred and conveyed unto said Vendee, her heirs assigns
and successor-in-interest all over all rights, title, ownership and interest over the One
Hundred Ten (110) square meters which is the real property described above.

The Vendor hereby warrants that the land sold is free from any lien, charges or
encumbrances and that he shall defend the Vendee against any claim of adverse party
and/or third person whatsoever.

The land subject of this Sale is not tenanted nor primarily devoted to rice and
corn production as of October 21, 1972. Further, the requirement of Article 1623 of the
New Civil Code has been complied with.

Furthermore, the parties hereby request the Office of the Provincial Assessor for
Sabangan, Mountain Province that a Tax Declaration be issued in the name of the
vendee covering the above described property sold.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public, for and in La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines, this
_______________________, personally appeared the above-named parties
exhibiting to me their Valid Identifications (IDs) with picture above their respective names
and identified by me of their identities to be the same persons who executed the foregoing
instrument and acknowledged to me that they have executed same under their free act and
voluntary deed.

This instrument refers to Deed of Absolute Sale of Unregistered Parcel of Land

consisting of two (2) pages including this page on which this acknowledgment is written,
and has been signed thereof by the parties and their instrumental witnesses and sealed
with my Notarial seal.
