Com a soldagem prévia dos pinos, evita-se que soldadores e montadores trabalhem paralelamente, ou seja, os servigos de solda serao efetuados de uma Unica vez, abrindo frente de trabalho para os montadores de isolamento. Outro fator positivo nesta opgao 6 que se pode garantir a mesma compactagao em todos os médulos, ou seja, 0 revestimento tera a mesma densidade em todas as dreas revestidas. A montagem dos isolamento das paredes iniciam-se sempre pela parte inferior das mesmas, ou seja, junto ao piso. Thread Loc / Stud-Loc Type Modul This system consists in the welding of screws (stud type) in the equipment plate by using a Nelson pistol in a lay-out pre-established by Unifrax. After welding the screws, the anti- corrosion mass is applied and, after curing, the modules installation 1s started being settled with a six sided nut, enabling a safe fixation, being possible to ckeck 100% welding. The anchorage (2 tubes and 1 anchorage with flaps) is supplied embeded in the module. The previous welding of the screws avoids welding and assembling operations to work simultaneously, i.¢., welding services will be made only one time, enabling, right away, the starting of the insulation work. This procedure warrants the same compacting action in all modules. This means that the lining will have the same density in all lined areas.
