BUTLER SERVICE
Butler: Good morning/afternoon ma’am/sir, welcome to Prinsesa Hotel, I’m ______________ your butler for today, may
I carry your luggage?
Guest: Sure, thank you!
Butler: This way to the reception area for your registration.

Butler: Are you done ma’am/sir? May I know your room type? Can I have the key card please?
This way to the suite room/standard room, you will stay at the ___ floor, this way to the elevator. By the way
ma’am/sir the hotel also provides travelers and guest with a well-equipped fitness center and outdoor pool and
swimming time starts at 6 in the morning until 10 in the evening.
(carries the luggage and proceed to the room (knock 3x) open the door slowly open wide and staying at the side.)
Welcome to you suite/standard room. Please come in and have a sit. Where would you like me to place your
luggage ma’am? (Let the guest come in first.)
Guest: Just place it on top of my bed.
Butler: If you don’t mind ma’am, would like me to introduce the features of your room?
Guest: That would be nice.
Butler: By the way ma’am, your room is equipped with an individual controlled air-condition, a free wifi access, a cable
flat TV screen, a refrigerator fully loaded with soda, beer and juice. You can consume it but that will be charge to your
account. In front of you is your complementary mineral water, coffee with cream and biscuit. On the side table is a
telephone with phone directory. You can make long distance call, but then again it will charge to your account. Inside
your bathroom is a shower stall with hot and cold adjustment, bath tub and complete bathroom amenities from bath
towel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste. Then outside is your cabinet with 6 hangers.

Butler: would you like me to unpack your luggage maam?
Guest: Yes please
Butler: (unpacking the luggage) Inside your luggage has 10 items ma’am, 5 pants and 5 long sleeves. (while hanging the
items according to kind, size and color)

Guest: Yes, can you polish my shoes.
Butler: ok ma’am, I will be back soon, I’ll get some shoe polish

Guest: Please pack my things for I have to leave early for my flight today.
Butler: Yes ma’am. (Packed the luggage – all buttons close, folded neatly and arranged dark colored items placed at
bottom and, light colored items on top). I’m done packing the luggage ma’am and you have 10 items in your bag. Will
you be leaving now ma’am?
Guest: Yes I’m ready to leave
Butler: Can you wait for a while ma’am, I will just check if you left something. I have checked and nothing is left ma’am.
I’ll help you carry the luggage outside. This way to the front desk.

Guest: Would you please pay my bill to the front desk?
Butler: Alright ma’am. I received _________, kindly wait for your receipt, can I have the room key ma’am?
