Large Parcel Delivery Checklist

Outside Front Door Drop-Off

A skilled delivery team will unload the item(s) from the truck and take it to the first available dry area
outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). You will then be responsible for further transport beyond
that point.

• Signature Required: No. You are not required to be present to accept the delivery. Your item(s)
will be left in the first available dry area, as long as the delivery team determines the area is
safe and secure.
• Package Removal Included: No
• Assembly Service Included: No

Delivery Checklist:
Prepare home for delivery. Remove snow, ice, and other obstacles from driveway
and walkways.

Request the delivery slip from the delivery team.

Inspect packaging and item(s). Note any missing pieces or damage to packaging and/or items
on the delivery slip*.

Sign delivery slip and hand it back to the driver.

From there, simply select “Get Help” next to the affected item to report a problem.
