Conditionals

In human talent management if the ideal candidate is not chosen with the profile that is needed i
will have a better work team.

If an employee does not attend work, he or she will be punished, and if he recurs the fault he will
be dismissed.

if the employe is satisfied with everithing, will have better results in the lobarl area and the
company could be more productive, if we make good decisions in the area of human talent here
the good development of the employees depends as we are in charge of choosing to the right
people for the position that is being requested in the company
