Special Requirements

Occidental may purchase partial or all quantities of the items identified.

Complete technical specifications including data, drawings, certification,

operating and running procedures should be submitted with the bid.

All bidders must comply with the requirements as identified herein. If you desire
to submit an optional offer, please clearly mark the optional offer and indicate
where it takes exception to the original requirements of this Bill of Material. The
optional offer must accompany your bid per the original requirements.

Quotation evaluation and order awarding process of Occidental takes the quoted
Lead-Time of materials into consideration, and this could be one of the main
factors in the evaluation process.

Vendor shall responsible to perform all necessary material inspection in order to

ensure that all material supplied meet Occidental of Oman specification,
complete with their certification and warranty.

Shipping & Delivery Details:-

Supplier shall provide two options for delivery point:

1. CFR Oman Port or DDU Occidental Muscat Yard.
2. EX-Works Factory.

For CFR & EX-Works Inco Terms, Occidental will be responsible for Customs
Clearance and transportation to the field site after provision of a set of original
legalized documents necessary for the Customs Clearance to Occidental by the
selected bidder.

For EX-Works, All equipment is to be boxed in sturdy crate, packed and

prepared for export shipment. Occidental may elect to assume responsibility for
the international. Shipment of the materials through our own freight forwarder,
additionally please indicate the location of the manufacturing facility and the
nearest international point of export for both Sea and Airfreight. For any USA
Manufacturers, please assume Houston, Texas as the international port of
export.

Occidental may assume shipment of material so please provide Weights &

Dimensions for any proposed shipments.

 For materials supplied within Oman or Jabal Ali Freezone, the delivery shall be
DDP Occidental Muscat Yard.

All equipment and material to be adequately crated and/or palletized as

necessary for the safe handling from vendor source of supply to Occidental of
Oman freight forwarder. All costs associated with packaging and handlings of
vendor’s materials/equipment are to be included in the unit price of the items
quoted. Occidental of Oman will not pay any additional costs.

Any charges incurred due to the lack/delay of correct documentation will be

charged to the supplier. Additionally, the lack of correct documentation will
adversely impact payment of your invoice. Payment will be made 45 days after
the receipt of correct documentation or vendor invoice, whichever is later.

Pricing

Please provide your best pricing for the material identified herein in this Bill of
Material.
Currency on the bid should be either Omani Rials or US Dollars
