In fact, it is
the only kind of coleslaw I will eat! Tastes exactly like the real deal!
This is a Todd Wilbur recipe from one of his 'Top Secret Recipes' books. One of the
few recipes of his that actually tastes like the real thing.
In a food processor or by hand, finely chop cabbage and carrot. Combine together in
a large bowl. Set aside.
Combine rest of ingredients in a separate bowl until well mixed. Pour over cabbage
and carrot mixture. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least overnight to let
flavors meld and come together. Serve cold at your next barbeque! Enjoy!
