clearing UPSC (Civil Services, Indian Engineering Services & Indian Forest Services) /
SSC (CGL) & (CAPF-Group B) / State PSC (Gazetted) / State PSC (Graduate level)
(Non-Gazetted) Exams from Central Government, State Government or from any other
sources.

I hereby declare that the statements made in the affidavit are true, complete and correct
to the best of my knowledge and belief. I have not suppressed any information. I
understand and agree that in the event of any information being found false or incorrect
or incomplete or ineligibility being detected at any time, the financial assistance
awarded to me may be recovered with penal interest and legal action in accordance
with law may be initiated, I authorise Ministry of Minority Affairs to cancel my application
without any intimation.
