I, RAYMUNDO MORENO CASAYURAN, JR., Filipino/American citizen, of

legal age, married and a resident of _______________, U.S.A hereby appoint,
name and constitute MYRENE BALADA ZARATE, of legal age, single and a
resident of No. ______________ , La Union, Philippines, to be my true and lawful
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, to act, manage and conduct all my affairs and for that
purpose in my name to do and execute all and any of the following acts, deeds
and things, to wit:

To file, transact, follow-up, negotiate and process all papers/documents in

relation to the real estate property covered by Tax Declaration Nos.2009-07-
0016-00571 and 2009-07-0016-00670 for the removal of the name TERESITA
CASAYURAN ARTATES as co-owner of the residential house and lot declared
under the aforementioned Tax Declarations and for the issuance of New Tax
Declarations declaring me to be the lone owner of subject properties with the
Land Registration Authority, Register of Deeds for the Province of La Union and
other government agency,

To receive, secure and sign all pertinent papers/documents relative

thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING irrevocably unto my said

ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary
to be done in or about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all
that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by
virtue of these presents.
