This presentation is about the Philippines, as one of the regional hubs for multinational corporations

among the ASEAN countries. We all know that we have multinational corporations in the country: Banco
De Oro, Accenture Philippines, Nestle Philippines, San Miguel Corporation, and others. We will also
discuss the status of the Philippines' per capita income compared with its neighboring ASEAN
members/countries. And how do multinational corporations' presence provide beneficial effects on the
Philippine economy: job opportunities, taxes paid to the government, and more?
