JOURNAL REVIEW: DESIGN PROCESS AND STRATEGIC THINKING IN

ARCHITECTURE

The objective of the journal is to describe how important is thinking play in the methodology of
design process the aim and scope is to provide information on designing process. It summarizes
the designing process into three main faces such as inventions developing tools and knowledge.
It summaries with the example of architects work and their way of approach to the design like
most important quotes from Zaha Hadid office which explains her vision in the most of our work
digital techniques have become essential ingredients of the project development intermediate
techniques established fertile ground for the quick assimilation for the new digital tools in the

is" .It also states that the process has three phase the first one is to develop our tools so it leads us
to ideas which helps in getting high quality and creative architectural concept and design second
phase is to develop tools so that we can analyze buildings and understand them third phase
knowledge which is the foundation of the design process. It states that the architect should
always be more conscious about design in the past and on daily basis in order to create high-
quality designs it also covers topic about nature of design process and historical overviews about
the design process and the new methodology in the contemporary architecture. The intellectual
ideological approaches for the design states that the process of designing is done by logical
rational model in which the design problems and attitude to a group of minor problems and
initial molecules are analyzed on the basic components and solving each part separately, the
creative in tuition model represents the thought of the designer and be experience of the designer
the participation collective model is about the development for two previous approaches where
we can get the role of user and group designer the design process it states that the nature of
solving the design problem is by having different types of speaking thoughts about the design to
solve design problem design following problem strategy is required and also the creative efforts
to solve the problem. The historical overview about the design gives a brief on that additional
vision of the design process and architectural process between traditional and creative process
the traditional design process and creative process have different levels of innovative process the
traditional design process the alternative are mostly from the standard components and the
creative design it is completely different it indulges combined new components. By giving the
process of thinking about the design it intense to give a complete overview of the design process
which helps ask to do so.
