1. Scope

All personally identifiable information (PII) processing activities conducted by G42 are within the scope of
this procedure, as are G42’s interactions with PII principals.

2. Responsibilities

The Management System Owner (MSO) is responsible for identifying G42’s specific obligations to PII
principals and ensuring they are appropriately propagated through G42’s procedures.

The Data Protection Officer is responsible for validating the obligations and verifying that they are
adequately accommodated.
