According to Breeam, he shows us with illustrations the first method planning guide
according to the requirements for quality improvement in constructions, he emphasizes
that an environmental impact study must be done before each construction in order to
subsequently improve and implement better methods, and so see their designs and make
environmentally friendly improvements. These methods can also be applied to existing
buildings, and thus make the appropriate adjustments.

Emphasize choosing an option that minimizes environmental effects at the time of impact
assessment, either in planning or executing a project, because later it will cost money and
cause inconvenience. Economic aspects are also of great importance in planning a
sustainable project, because a project can be environmentally sound, but it could make it
more expensive. According to him, he seeks that the project has as its main objective,
which is to have an economic return. It may not be accomplished by making the project
less attractive to developers although it may be environmentally friendly. Environmental
issues and financial considerations should go hand in hand as part of the assessment

resources, minimum energy consumption, low energy incorporated, intensity in
construction materials, reuse and recycling. And with this, give greater value to the welfare
