Dear Sir,

1. The Contractor earlier submitted complete Plan Profile in four parts vide letter
ABCI/KOL/NHIDCL/PKG-5/2019-20/1637 dated 14.02.2020,
ABCI/KOL/NHIDCL/PKG-5/2019-20/1753 dated 29.02.2020,
ABCI/KOL/NHIDCL/PKG-5/2019-20/1758 dated 02.03.2020 and ABCI/SITE/AE/NH-
54/PKG-5/2020-21/152 dated 04.07.2020 which was duly approved by your good self-
vide letter no. Rodic-Tpf/Mizoram-JICA/Pkg-3/4/5/Aizawl-Tuipang/2020/252 dated
21.02.2020, Rodic-Tpf/Mizoram-JICA/Pkg-3/4/5/Aizawl-Tuipang/2020/300 dated
12.03.2020, RodicTpf/Mizoram-JICA/Pkg-3/4/5/Aizwal-Tuipang/2020/335 dated
25.03.2020 and RodicTpf/Mizoram-JICA/Pkg-3/4/5/Aizawl-Tuipang/2020/622 dated
12.07.2020 respectively.
2. Further, the Contractor submitted proposals of Retaining Structures in line with
Schedule-B and payment procedure given in Schedule-H of Contract Agreement vide
letter cited under reference (e), (f) and (g).
3. Later during the review meeting held on 28.07.2020 it was requested by the Authority’s
Engineer to submit Plan & Profile drawings indicating the retaining structures such as
Retaining walls and Breast Walls.

4. Vide letter under reference (i) the advance copy of the Plan and Profile drawings
indicating the retaining structures was submitted for your kind perusal.
5. We are now submitting the following Plan & Profile drawings indicating the retaining
structures certified by the Proof and Safety consultants in triplicate for your kind perusal
