Taxi Guru Melbourne Driver App

This document shows how to install the app and register as a new driver and complete a trip
requested by passenger.

Step 1: Install Taxi guru Melbourne Driver app from App store (for iphone) or Google play store (for
android phone).

Download this app

Step 2: Start “Taxi guru Melbourne Driver” application on your phone.

Step 3: Click the button “Sign Up” to register as a new driver.

Step 4: Fill the driver registration form

Step 5: Upload your driver licence.

Step 6: Upload photo of front and back of your driver licence.

Step 7: Similarly upload both sides of your Taxi Rego and paper DC

You need to upload front and back side taxi number plate (Example photo is shown below)

Click “Continue” after you upload documents.

Step 8: After you submit your registration form, Taxi Guru Melbourne support team will review your
documents and contact you and activate your account.
Step 9: After your account being activated, you can start the app and log in using your mobile
number and password.

Step 10: Now you need to make sure that GPS and internet on your phone is turned
on.
 Wait for a customer
to call for a ride

Step 11: When a nearby customer will call for a ride you will see the details of the ride and you will
accept or pass the offer.
Step 12: If you accept the offer you need to click start “Start”.

Step 13: Then you will see summary and amount to be paid.
