Sir Bhalchandra Road, Hindu Colony, Dadar - East, Mumbai 400 014., hereby declare that we do not fall under
the category of registered persons notified under Rule 48(4) of the Central GST Rules, 2017 and we are not
required to comply with e-invoicing provisions under GST.

We also declare that we will update Vikhroli Corporate Park Pvt. Ltd in case there is any change in the above
details or in case we are required to adhere to e-invoicing provisions under GST due to any reasons, such as
subsequent change in law or increase in our aggregate turnover. In such a case, we shall also comply with
provisions of e-invoicing provisions as and when the same becomes applicable to us.

The contents on this declaration are true and correct and we hereby agree to indemnify Vikhroli Corporate
Park Pvt. Ltd in respect of any demand, claim, credit reversal, denial of refund, loss, interest or penalty
imposed on Vikhroli Corporate Park Pvt. Ltd as a consequence of or due to or in connection with or arising
out of this declaration being incorrect, untrue or misleading in any manner or due to any non-compliance
with the terms set out in this declaration.
